Turkish Premier Homes; one of Altinkum’s leading property agents and property developers, offers a complete range of professional services to care for your home. Giving you complete peace of mind during your absence.

Our property management packages are all designed to take away the worry of caring for your property overseas. Whilst you are back home, we ensure that no problems arise. Should anything go wrong, someone is at hand to rectify the problem, allowing you to keep your mind at rest while you are away and enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Property Management Packages

We have planned our property management packages over three levels of membership so you can opt for the level that suits you.

Gold, Silver, or Bronze Plans

The three levels of our property management cover plan are Gold, Silver, and Bronze. All three packages are available on either a six or twelve-month contract.

Gold members: Weekly servicing.
Silver members: Every fortnight.
Bronze members: Monthly.

Each package will provide you with a comprehensive and detailed inspection of your valuable investment, and any utility bills will be settled pending customer reimbursements. Reports can be emailed on request after each visit.

We offer discounted rates on our other management services for our members:

3 Bedroom property clean (Inc bedding) - 230 TL
4 Bedroom property clean (Inc bedding) - 250 TL
Duplex Apartment Clean (Inc bedding) - 250 TL
3 Bedroom Villa Clean (Inc Bedding) - 270 TL
4 Bedroom Villa Clean (Inc Bedding) - 290 TL

If the property has not been cleaned for 6 months or more, an additional 25 TL will be charged.

Non-Member Pay-As-You-Go Services

These services are available to non-members:

Key Holding (12-month contract) - £70
Key holder emergency callout - £35/hour (1st hour), £7/hour thereafter.
Property Check - £35 per visit.
2 Bedroom property clean (Inc bedding) - 190 TL
3 Bedroom property clean (Inc bedding) - 210 TL
4 Bedroom property clean (Inc bedding) - 230 TL
Key handover/Property Orientation (no transfers) - £30
Welcome pack (basic groceries) - £25
Mail pick-up & forward - £12

Property Rental

Turkish Premier Homes is one of the area’s leading letting agencies, giving maximum exposure to our clients’ properties through various forms of advertising. Letting your property is one of the best ways to recoup some of your investment. Income levels will be dependent on the property’s location, size, facilities, and the time of year. We offer a free appraisal service.

Home Cover Plan Member Rates

Other Important Information

All Property Management Services offered by Turkish Premier Homes are based on a 15-mile radius of Altinkum. A mileage/time surcharge will be added for properties outside of this area. Prices are available on request. The management reserves the right to amend prices and services.
